A slow moving cop car ran over a man lying in the road near the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center which is currently hosting the US Open on Saturday, according to cops. The man was on the pavement in the middle of United Nations Avenue South, in Queens, near the vaunted sports complex when a cop car driving just 10 miles per hour ran him over, according to the NYPD. 4 The man was lying on the pavement in the middle of United Nations Avenue South.
