Rainwater left untreated in cooling towers atop city-owned Harlem Hospital fueled the Big Apple’s deadliest Legionnaire’s disease outbreak in a decade, the Rev. Al Sharpton charged Tuesday. Sharpton, along with civil rights attorney Ben Crump, plan to unveil a lawsuit Wednesday against a construction company that did work in Harlem – the epicenter of an outbreak that has killed five people and sickened more than 100.
