Two arrested in brutal Cincinnati brawl — one was freed on bail despite serious charges

A man and woman were busted in connection with the brutal brawl in Cincinnati on Saturday morning that left two people seriously injured, including one suspect who was freed on bail after he was hit with gun charges earlier this month, officials said.   Montianez Merriweather, 34, and 24-year-old Dekyra Vernon were arrested on Tuesday following the beatdown against a white couple that went viral online, WXIX reported, citing police.   The duo’s exact involvement in the attack was unclear.
