The cause of death for Sophia Hutchins – Caitlyn Jenner’s longtime friend and manager – has been revealed two weeks after she was killed in a fatal ATV crash in California. The 29-year-old, a former Trump campaign surrogate, died from blunt force injuries, according to her death certificate released by the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health, TMZ reported. Her death was ruled an accident.
