LAS VEGAS — The Knicks’ pursuit of an associate head coach remains ongoing and has hit some road blocks. During this process, they expressed interest in Darvin Ham, the former head coach of the Lakers. But it was communicated to Ham through his current team, the Bucks, that he couldn’t leave for the Knicks because it’d be a lateral move, The Post has learned.
