El Encanto spans seven acres in the Santa Barbara hills. Mike KelleyJustin and Tyler Mateen, along with Culver Capital, acquired El Encanto Hotel from LVMH. El Encanto, located in the hills of Santa Barbara, was LVMH's only US hotel.
