He’s one of man’s best friend’s worst enemies. The crazed, stick-toting Brooklyn vagrant who infamously killed a golden retriever named Moose in Prospect Park three years ago is back to “terrorizing” both human and beast alike, victims told The Post. Moose’s owner, Jessica Chrustic, revealed this week that her dog’s maniacal murderer “threatened to shoot me with a gun” on April 23 outside the Picnic House in the park.
