NYPD cop struck in eye by firework during Independence Day celebration in Harlem

A police officer was struck in the face with a firework while trying to control a large crowd in Harlem during July 4 celebrations, cops said. The cop was at 125th Street and Lenox Avenue around 1:15 a. m.
