A pair of overturned kayakers were plucked from the Hudson River on Sunday, the third watery mishap in the Big Apple this month — and the second in under 24 hours. The two kayakers, men 42 and 27 years old, fell into the river near Pier 66 shortly before 11:30 a. m.
