A 17-year-old boy was shot — possibly by a Citi Bike-riding gunman — outside a Bronx housing development Thursday night, hours after two other boys his age were struck by gunfire in the borough, cops said.   The teen was blasted in the hip as he walked on the grounds of NYCHA’s Forest Houses on Trinity Avenue near East 165th Street in Longwood just before 10 p. m.
