A career crook Mayor Adams once dubbed “Recidivist No. 1” and the symbol of NYC’s revolving-door justice system is still circling back on crime — his staggering rap sheet is now 134 arrests long, The Post has learned. Harold Gooding landed on the front page of The Post in August 2022 as the person atop the NYPD’s “Worst of the Worst” list of repeat offenders — and he only had 101 arrests at the time.
