The Knicks can no longer surprise, but simply offer their latest reminder — everything is possible. Fighting back against the defending champs to claim their third win in which they trailed by double digits in the second half, the Knicks played perhaps their best game of the season Monday night and moved within one win of reaching the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time in a quarter-century, defeating the Celtics, 121-113, in Game 4 of the second-round series. Game 5 will be played in Boston on Wednesday, but the Celtics likely will have to save their season without star forward Jayson Tatum, who was spectacular in a 42-point masterpiece, but suffered a seemingly devastating non-contact injury to his right leg in the final minutes.
