A baby elephant seal was repeatedly stabbed on an Oregon beach – and now federal officials are on the hunt for the gap-toothed lunatic behind the twisted attack. The adorable pup, which miraculously survived, was viciously knifed multiple times in a beach cove in front of the Proposal Rock Condominiums in Neskowin between 8 p. m.
