The injury bug has plagued the Red Sox, and first baseman Triston Casas is the latest victim. Casas, 25, took a hard fall as he touched first base while running out a ground ball in the second inning of Friday’s game against the Twins at Fenway Park. Upon falling, Casas immediately grabbed his left knee while Boston’s trainers rushed out to help him before eventually being stretchered off the field.
