Karmelo Anthony, the Texas teen accused of fatally stabbing 17-year-old football star Austin Metcalf, has been moved to an “undisclosed location to ensure his safety” after reportedly receiving death threats while under house arrest. The 17-year-old suspect’s family said they were “gravely concerned” after being hit with an “alarming increase” in threats and harassment over the weekend, FOX4 reported. The Next Generation Action Network, who is representing the family, said people have been loitering outside his home, mailing them Metcalf’s obituary and even making false food deliveries in a deliberate attempt to provoke fear and intimidation.
