The jogger fatally stabbed in the neck by an ex-cop in Brooklyn last week saved five lives through organ donation, according to law enforcement sources. Katie Suarez, 28, donated her pancreas, liver, kidneys and her heart after the heinous attack along the Shore Parkway Greenway promenade around 8 p. m.
