SNY, the sports network that broadcasts Mets games, canceled its shows, “SportsNite” and “Baseball Night in New York” effective immediately, The Post confirmed. The network also underwent major layoffs to its editorial staff Friday, according to The Athletic, which reported that SNY’s website will be similar to the websites for YES and MSG Network. “Changes are coming to the website to focus more on scheduling information and promotion,” a source told The Post.
