A pregnant woman has been identified as the victim killed when a lone gunman opened fire inside a packed Northern California Spirit Halloween store on Friday night. Constance Hages, 31, died at the scene from multiple gunshot wounds after gunfire erupted inside the seasonal retailer at the Solano Town Center in Fairfield around 8:30 p. m.
