A group of surfers had a close call with a massive great white shark Wednesday in San Luis Obispo County before it splashed one surfer in the face. Dave, a surfer who has used a drone to look for the beasts in the Pismo Area for the past two years, captured one lurking beneath their surfboards Wednesday morning. “Hands down the most vivid, clear water shark encounter I have ever recorded… It’s 9’6” long,” Dave said while sharing the hair-raising video on Instagram.
