A reckless driver wanted in connection with a string of Los Angeles robberies is now being hunted by cops after allegedly mowing down a 16-year-old boy and critically injuring his younger sister in a horrifying hit-and-run crash. The Los Angeles Police Department identified the suspected driver Thursday as Raygine Glentasia Evans, who has reportedly been cited nine times for reckless driving and running stop signs and is wanted in connection with 10 robberies across Los Angeles. Evans is accused of blowing through a stop sign at high speed before plowing into Hernan Martinez, 16, and his 13-year-old sister, Vicky, as they crossed a South Los Angeles street with their mother on Sept.
