Disturbing video shows a pervert trying to kidnap a 13-year-old girl in Florida after allegedly asking her to “give him some kisses. ” The young girl was approached outside a Miramar gas station on Monday by a stranger in a bright orange bike helmet who then put his arm around her shoulders and marched her away. She eventually managed to duck under his arm and run away, pausing only to grab a bright pink headband he threw after giving up the chase, video seen by NBC6 shows.
