Collin Sexton is out for the Lakers in their season debut against the Warriors on Wednesday. Sexton, who missed all five preseason games because of a right soleus strain, appeared in his first full practice on Monday and was considered day-to-day before being ruled out. The Lakers will also be without rookie guard Cameron Carr (right oblique strain) and second-year forward Adou Thiero (left knee effusion), both of whom were ruled out Tuesday.
