A Florida shop owner “intentionally” mowed down a 14-year-old boy on his e-bike because he thought he’d tried to break into his convenience store, according to police who’ve charged him with murder Hunter Russey was found unresponsive in a ditch with multiple skull fractures in West Melbourne early Oct. 13 — hours after Kavan Vishnubhai Patel, 32, knocked him off his e-bike, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by People magazine. The 14-year-old was taken off life support Saturday.
