This is rich. “Real Housewives” star Carole Radziwill insisted Monday that she’s a hard-nosed parking enforcer in her SoHo neighborhood — even as she’s racked up thousands of dollars in tickets herself. Radziwill, 63 — who recently revealed on her reality TV show that she tries to dodge the city’s real-life parking enforcers with her own traffic cones — told Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” that she can’t tolerate people who don’t abide by the city’s alternate-side street-cleaning routine.
