Getty Images The artificial intelligence spending boom could leave trillions in infrastructure investment exposed to potential losses by the end of 2030, according to a new report. The warning comes from Gartner's latest research, which estimates that AI providers will spend nearly $1 trillion on infrastructure this year and invest another $6 trillion between 2027 and 2030.
