WASHINGTON — President Trump claimed Monday that Russian President Vladimir Putin “wants to make a deal more than [Ukrainian President Volodymyr] Zelensky” to end Russia’s invasion of its neighbor — after Zelensky accused Putin of violating a days-old energy cease-fire.
