A Connecticut teenager in a high-powered BMW was speeding down the highway at nearly 150 mph — more than double the speed limit of 65 mph, according to state police. Orlando Perez, 19, of Groton, was allegedly barreling down Interstate 395 Wednesday in Putnam when a cop clocked him going 147 mph, pulled him over in Danielson and took him into custody around 9 p. m.
