Newly emerged video shows two Chi Phi fraternity brothers telling investigators that the alleged Cornell gang rape was consensual. The two unidentified frat brothers, who are not among the seven accused in a lawsuit, can be heard telling campus police officers in separate interviews that the events at the fraternity house were between “consenting adults,” video obtained by ABC News shows. “What people were saying was that there was like multiple consenting adults in the room,” one of the fraternity brothers says.
