This is the moment Santa Ana police officers drag a man to the ground and repeatedly punch him during an arrest. The man being struck by cops is 28-year-old felon Florentino Lopez, who is on probation and subject to search and seizure, according to John Kremer, an attorney representing Lopez, ABC 7 reported. In the video, Lopez is seen standing hunched over against a police vehicle, not yet handcuffed, when he starts berating the cops before one pulls him to the ground and begins punching him.
