The father accused of sexually abusing and impregnating his 14-year-old daughter has finally been captured after nearly a month on the run — with the pair found together in Mexico. Sergio Galvez Perez, 38, was located alongside his daughter Diana Galvez Ortega during an operation involving the FBI and Mexican authorities, the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office confirmed late Sunday. Ortega was safely recovered and is being treated as a victim in the case, officials said.
