LA speed demons are about to get a very costly Halloween surprise. Los Angeles is rolling out 125 speed cameras across the city, with the first wave expected to be installed by Halloween and fines eventually reaching as high as $500 for the heaviest-footed drivers. But motorists won’t have to worry about getting nailed by all 125 right away.
