A 75-year-old woman has been busted after disturbing surveillance footage captured her allegedly luring her own puppy with food and running over it with her minivan last month. Hahn Nguyen was taken into custody Thursday morning by Santa Ana Police Department and booked at the Santa Ana Jail for animal cruelty and animal abandonment. Investigators tracked down the suspect using Automated License Plate Reader technology, which led detectives to Nguyen’s home in Anaheim.
