In a horror scene right out of “Sweeney Todd,” a Yonkers barber gashed a customer’s artery during a wild attack with a straight razor — and was then handed a paltry sentence by notoriously lenient judge. Haircutter Jeury Fernandez Navarro, 38, flew into a rage because he suspected 27-year-old Carlos Santana Cordero had sex with his girlfriend, according to trial testimony. Cordero was sitting in another barber’s chair at Escape Barber Shop on South Broadway on Aug.
