An unknown hero emerged on the lawless streets of Los Angeles’ Skid Row to save a four-year-old pit bull that was about to be burned to death. Surveillance footage captured a person dressed a white hoodie and black pants throwing a flammable object into a van that was being used as a home early Thursday morning. Chained to the van was Rosie the pit bull, her owner Clara Catron told Fox 11.
