WASHINGTON — Arabella Kushner, the 15-year-old daughter of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, made her state dinner debut on Thursday night and used her Chinese language skills to offer a special greeting to President Xi Jinping and his wife, Peng Liyuan. The first granddaughter, who has taken Mandarin since she was three, greeted the Chinese couple at the White House arrival ceremony, in their native tongue, saying “Welcome to America,” The Post has learned. For their part, Xi and Peng expressed their delight, saying they couldn’t believe how big Kushner had gotten since the last time they saw her.
