Commanders players are up in arms over social media allegations they left quarterback Jayden Daniels high and dry after he dislocated his elbow Sunday. Clips from the Fox broadcast posted online show several players walking away from Daniels toward the sideline after he was injured at the very end of the first half against the Cowboys. Head coach Dan Quinn explained Wednesday that the referee told him he couldn’t delay halftime and that players had to get off the field, revealing Daniels’ teammates were “absolutely gutted.
