A lunatic with 18 prior arrests somehow waltzed into a Bronx courtroom Monday with a loaded handgun hidden in his underwear — and then threatened officers to “come see me outside,” according to a criminal complaint. The incredible security snafu happened when Jamal Frett, 26, snuck a black Ruger pistol locked and loaded with five rounds into the Bronx County Hall of Justice around 11:10 a. m.
