A 68-year-old city man was killed Monday by a hit-and-run driver who may have been tooling around in a Lamborghini, cops and law-enforcement sources said. Victim Ismael Rodriguez of The Bronx was crossing the intersection of Park Avenue and East Tremont Avenue in the Tremont neighborhood — about three blocks from his home – when the motorist slammed into him just before 6 a. m.
