The Los Angeles Rams are turning a rundown mall into a $10 billion neighborhood. As the team’s future permanent headquarters, the Rams plan to transform 52 acres of land into a new neighborhood within the Woodland Hills Warner Center. Rams Village at Warner Center will include acres of pedestrian open spaces, residences, community-oriented retails, restaurants, hotel, office space and the Rams corporate headquarters and training facility.
