A repeat transit offender allegedly bit a police sergeant last week while violently resisting arrest — and was promptly sprung by a judge anyway, The Post has learned. Derrick Daniels, of New Jersey, already on the NYPD’s radar, was at the Brighton Beach subway station in Brooklyn when cops spotted him around 5:15 a. m.
