An 18-year-old student at Cal State Fullerton died after a fraternity function at the college, with alcohol eyed as a factor in his death, police said. Anthony Joseph Blas was dropped at the emergency department of St. Jude Medical Center shortly after midnight Saturday and pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Fullerton Police Department.
