While most of the NFL was getting set to kick off their season on Sunday, the Rams, who had played three days earlier, received big news that will affect them for at least the next four weeks. In an offseason filled with splashes, the Rams’ biggest, Myles Garrett, will at least miss the team’s next four games as he is set to undergo arthroscopic knee surgery, landing him on injured reserve. On Monday morning, head coach Sean McVay met with reporters and said that the team thought Garrett’s knee injury, which forced him to miss a large portion of training camp, was “something that he would be able to work through.
