A 68-year-old landlord named Philippe Chagniot is trying to rent out his home after allegedly killing 58-year-old Eric Bigone –– his own tenant –– mid-May in front of the house at 2518 46th Avenue in San Francisco. 6 Philippe Henri Chagniot, a 68-year-old retired dentist, allegedly murdered Eric Bigone.
