Orioles fans who spent hundreds of dollars to sit in the team’s Bird Bath Splash Zone were left frustrated on Saturday when Zay Flowers, slated to be the club’s guest splasher for the night, didn’t show. Flowers, the Ravens wideout who was announced in June as the guest splasher, had apparently canceled without any announcement to that effect. Though the Orioles stopped promoting him, it wasn’t made clear to fans that he wasn’t coming.
