Tony Romo will be required to spend time behind bars if he’s found guilty of another OWI-related offense in the next decade, court documents obtained by the California Post on Friday showed. A provision of the plea deal that Romo accepted from prosecutors to close out his OWI case in Wisconsin earlier this week stated that another drinking-and-driving conviction in the next 10 years will require “a Mandatory Jail Sentence” for the ex-Dallas Cowboys quarterback, the documents stated. 3 Tony Romo is seen in arrest footage.
