In the back of a cupboard in Minot, North Dakota, investigators uncovered the remains of an infant child encased inside a concrete-filled plastic tote. Craig Kerzmann, 49, and Sarah Kerzmann, 45, were arrested after police were called to a domestic violence incident on Saturday.
