A West Virginia creep is accused of brazenly bragging about and sharing his large kiddie porn collection online — while shamelessly using the revolting username “MrChildPorn” in chatrooms. Garrett Michael Highlander, 20, of Morgantown, was arrested on Friday after West Virginia State Police received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding a man “boasting of his large cache of ‘child porn. ’” The Discord app is seen on a smartphone screen.
