A perverted 38-year-old cruise ship lifeguard has admitted to having sex twice with an underage girl in his cabin, according to authorities. Guatemalan staffer Rafael Cayetano Blanco, 38, was arrested when the MSC World America returned to port in Miami on Saturday — and is currently being held on an immigration detainer, officials said.
