The San Francisco 49ers don’t plan to address the arrest of their owner Jed York on prostitution charges. “As this is a legal matter, which has been resolved, we will not be providing any further comment at this time,” the organization said in one-line a statement late Monday morning. York pleaded no contest to two lesser misdemeanors after he was arrested Sunday morning inside a northeast Ohio trailer park near his hometown.
