A French tourist’s haunting final post from Death Valley has emerged after he died while attempting to walk for help through the park’s brutal desert heat. Pierre Michel Formosa, 68, shared a photo from Death Valley just one day before his death on Aug. 17, proudly documenting his journey into one of the most unforgiving landscapes in America.
